Who we are

AIAURA Linka is a product of AIAURA Group, built by people with years of experience inside recruitment. We have seen what works. We have seen what wastes time. Linka is what happens when recruiters get to shape the tools they always wished existed.

Why Linka exists

Agencies are tired of keyword matching pretending to be AI. They are tired of paying for software that surfaces the same five CVs every time a similar role is opened. We built Linka because the work deserved better, and the people doing the work deserved better. Something that actually thinks like a senior recruiter is overdue.

What we have learned

AI has been promised in recruitment for years. Most of it is keyword matching with a coat of paint. That is not intelligence. Real recruiter judgement weighs career trajectory, considers recency, identifies transferable skills, and flags patterns without auto-penalising the candidate behind them. Linka is built around how senior recruiters actually read a CV, not how a search index does.

The mission

Modern agencies should not have to choose between speed and quality. Every CV deserves a recruiter’s eye, and every recruiter deserves the time to give it. That is the standard we are building toward.
